The hotel was very handy for the airport and service was very good
Close to Newark Airport with free shuttle bus.
Next to a prison.
Location was terrible. Very diffcult to find it and in and out where impossible
Location to EWR-which was our only reason for staying there.
The bathroom smelled heavily of urine and the bathtub, toilet, actually the whole bathroom was antiquated. The tub had heavy dark stains, chunks of porcelain were missing. The toilet was cracked, the vanity was so old and low it was uncomfortable. The carpeting was dirty and stained. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone, nor would we ever stay there again.

Wireless Internet did not work in the full 3 days I was there. I was on business and this caused me severe loss, not having an Internet connection that was the selling point of the hotel..
Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about my stay. Firstly the hotel was undergoing renovation. That would not be a problem if they had undertaken this floor by floor but all floors were being renovated. Not sure what happen to the first room they gave me 334 but from what I can deduce by the dryer machine that they left in the room that the toilet above or in the room had overflowed. As I arrived late from JFK airport to Newark I was too exhausted to argue. All I know that the odor and condition did not let me shower the next morning which I needed to get to my first assignment.
By the time they changed my room all I heard in the moring was the banging and clanking of bed frames. Apparently they were not only renovating they were changing out the furniture. So too bad for those who stayed at the hotel and great for those coming into the hotel next week. On top of it all there were no batteies in the remote and I requested some batteries or new remote, of course they took so long 5 hours that I took the remote to the front desk and advised that I was going to the Best Western where my associates had remotes that worked. Nevermind the smell of Roman Red with some other chemicals on the 5th floor hallway.
I am sure I booked myself for Friday the 23rd since my departure from Bahrain was on 23rd booked on 17th November. Do not know how I got booked for Thursday the 22nd...Pls look into this and refund the amount. I have used Booked.net for several trips previously and this is disappointing I had to pay for the extra night since I arrived on Friday. The hotel was not good at all. The fire alarm went out twice for no reason and we were asked to evacuate the building. Very basic. Kindly look into this and refund my amount for Thursday night of 22nd since I arrived only on 23rd. Nothing,bcoz hotel given me room no.432,and all fourth floor under renovation so many disturbance and dirty everywhere rubbish and bed smelling ,I am requesting for another floor but hotel frontdesk said everything sold out. I am next visiting to las vegas I booked the hotel from another sight so Booked.net is loosing business from me and I am regular travel to abroad .
The room we stayed in was large and the flat screen TV in the room.
The location is terrible, next to a jail house, no shops or buses around. The hotel was very dirty in the hallways; although they stated parts of the hotel was under refurbishment; all the wall paper debris was everywhere. The chairs in the room are old with stains on them. The free shuttle from the hotel to the station ran late. No fridges in the room.
Not much Good view of airport. Noise level ok for location.
No toilet seat cover. Limited counter space invited accidents. No advance information that free parking was not included in the room rate. Significant irritation! No complimentary continental breakfast at the hotel. Hotel was difficult to find using Garmin. Not a great location for unfamiliar travelers.
We stayed there only for an event on Saturday.
They did not have a coffeemaker in the room! Ice machine was broken, never fixed!
Front desk personell Nathaniel Arias and Kayon Brown were very friendly and and hospitable. They were willing to listen to my concerns. I'm neutral on recommending others to your hotel. That is why I have answered yes in on e area and no in another area.
1. My grandsons and I went to the Jersey Gardens once I knew we could get there by the shuttle. The front desk gave me a map of the mall; however, I did not receive the paper which explained the CASH only cost involved. The shuttle only advertised the need to purchase tickets to return to your shuttle and never stated the cost. People should be told BEFORE leaving your hotel. I tried stating this to the manager on duty that evening and HE NEVER made eye contact with me and that was very upsetting. 2. The breakfast I purchased was disappointing in that there was no selection and to get another hot chocolate it cost 1/2 the cost of the meal.I would never purchase that meal package again.
Pleasant staff, close proximity to Newark Liberty Airport and wireless internet available.
The room was quite small with very old furnishings. Bath tub was old, no fridge in the room
